Essential and concrete, it is faithful to the territory and to the Paestum plain; the seasons are followed with dishes that appear or disappear depending on the availability of top quality raw materials and some have now become history like the mixed fries appetiser, the sfogliatine with buffalo ricotta and fig jam or the always abundant selection of cheeses.

In addition to the menu, there is always some pleasant special of the day prepared with the last arrivals of the morning: a still fresh sea catch or a just-picked vegetable.

The Piccola carta (Short list) offers the best wineries of Campania and Cilento.

The Grande carta (Long list) is a compendium of Italian winemaking with some foreign references, especially Champagnes. The spirits list is also well-stocked like the others and allows both classic combinations and more fun and unexpected experiences.
